Insurance and Payment

Key Changes Therapy Services currently accepts Medicaid including Absolute Total Care, Blue Choice, and First Choice/Select Health for pediatric speech and occupational therapy only. Tricare Standard is also accepted. We are not enrolled in any commercial insurance plans, but if you have commercial insurance as a primary and Medicaid as secondary insurance, our staff will file with primary insurance first and then file Medicaid second. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your specific insurance questions or concerns.

Creative arts therapies are covered by insurance on a case by case basis. Our fees for individual therapy are $65 an hour after the initial evaluation.

Our mission of making creative arts therapies accessible includes raising funds for financial assistance to receive those services. If you are unable to access services due to financial reasons, you may be eligible to receive assistance. Please contact us to apply.
