Laura’s passion for music therapy is driven by seeing the positive change that music makes in her client’s lives and the opportunity that she has to be a part of that music therapy moment.

Tori joined the Key Changes team in 2016 as a speech language pathologist. Tori earned her Masters of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University. She has experience working with a wide range of clients with various disabilities. Tori’s passion for helping others coupled with her enthusiasm for working with children as a Speech Language Pathologist serves as the foundation for her therapy.
Megan Hoyt, MT-BC

Megan Hoyt joined the Key Changes team in 2016. She studied music therapy at Converse College, followed by a six month internship at the STAR Center in Jackson, Tennessee. Megan has worked with a variety of populations ranging from infants to patients nearing end-of-life. She is passionate about music therapy and fully believes that any person, no matter their walk of life, has the ability reach their fullest potential. Megan thrives off of being able to use music to help her client’s succeed.
Kelsea Gremaud, OTR/L
Kelsea Gremaud, OTR/LOccupational Therapist
Kelsea joined the Key Changes team in 2016. She studied Occupational Therapy at St. Louis University and has worked with children with a variety of disabilities to develop skills in self care, feeding, handwriting, sensory skills, and coordination and dexterity. Kelsea loves working with children and parents on creative ways to achieve treatment goals. Kelsea is certified in SOS Feeding and Handwriting without Tears
Monica Caluda, MT-BC

Monica joined the Key Changes team in 2017 and is dedicated to developing individualized plans to meet the needs of each client. She studied Music Therapy at Elizabethtown College and has worked with children having a variety of disabilities, addressing areas of need including academic skills, emotional regulation, and social skills. For 3 years she worked as part of a Special Education team in a Comprehensive Services Site. Monica is thorough and prides herself on reaching children with her enthusiasm.
